If you receive products that do not conform to the specifications mentioned in the store, or are broken or defective.
Contact customer service through one of the contact options on the Contact Us page.
Ensure that the products are unused, returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
We will arrange to collect the products from you at the same delivery address.
If payment was made by credit card or bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded to the same card or account used.
If you pay on delivery, you will receive a credit that can be used in the store for the value of the returned items.
General provisions:
This service is only available within the United Arab Emirates.
The refund to your credit card or bank account takes 7 to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Used or damaged packaging will not be accepted as returns.
This service does not cover malfunctions or breakages resulting from misuse.
If your order is returned to us by the shipping company because you haven't received it for more than five days, the shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned to your card or account within 14 business days from the date the order arrives with us.
If you wish to return a product that is in good condition and free of defects, the customer is responsible for sending it to the store's address. After ensuring that it is unused and in its original packaging, the amount paid will be refunded.
